UK Small and Medium Items

 

These are sent either Royal Mail or Carrier depending on size & weight of package.

 

 Standard Delivery is usually 10-12 working days in many cases this will be faster.

 

Deliveries are made any time between 7.30am & 5.30pm and require a signature. If no-one is in then you will be carded and can either collect the goods from your delivery Post Office or re arrange delivery via The carriers website, you will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. (Please check your junk email folder)  In some cases you will be able to arrange a re-delivery at no cost but this is not always possible. In the event the goods go missing in the post we cannot put in a claim with Royal Mail for 15 working days. Working days do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

 

Any goods that cannot be delivered will be returned to us and we may charge for re-delivery.

 

UK Large Items

 

These are sent using a ‘carrier’ of our choice.

Standard Delivery is usually 5-7 working days.

 

Deliveries are made any time between 7.30am & 5.30pm and require a signature. Should there be no-one present to accept the delivery, a card from the courier will be left at the delivery premises, this is sometimes backed up with some other form of attempted delivery proof like a dated & timed photo of the premises.This constitutes a delivery attempt. You will then have 3 working days to arrange collection of the goods from the local depot yourself or or to re arrange delivery via the carriers website, you will receive a confirmation email from the carrier when your order is dispatched. (Please check your junk email folder) If the parcel cannot be delivered or is not collected then it will be returned to us by the 'Carrier' This will incur an additional handling charge of £10.00, which is payable by yourselves. Should you wish us to arrange a further delivery, this will incur a charge equivalent to that of the original cost.

 

 

 

Any package that shows signs of damage on delivery must be signed for ‘Damaged’ by the customer or refused delivery. It will then be returned to us at no extra cost.

 

Please note that some delivery addresses within the UK may be subject to a delivery surcharge, for example Scottish Highlands or Islands. If this is the case we will contact you before dispatch if extra postage is applicable. If in doubt contact us before ordering.

 

UK Returns

 

Any goods which we supply incorrectly or which are faulty please contact us to arrange the best way to return goods. We will either refund the customers postage or arrange collection. Any goods which are returned for any other reason including returns under the distance selling regulations must be returned unused and in the original packaging. The customer must pay return postage costs. We always advise sending goods to us ‘recorded’ and insuring them against damage or loss. If you are unsure please contact us first.

 

 

Outside of UK Delivery

Large Items - One or more of these items (including any small items) incur one single delivery charge (within size limits).

 

Outside of UK Small and Medium Items

 

 

These are sent either Royal Mail or Carrier depending on size & weight of package. This can take up to 15 working days. This service requires a signature on delivery, if no-one is in then you will be carded and can collect the goods from your delivery Post Office or arrange to collect or a re-delivery from the ‘carrier’ or re arrange delivery via the carriers website, you will receive a confirmation email from the carrier when your order is dispatched. Please make sure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. If the carrier is unable to deliver you will be contacted by the local carrier to arrange re-delivery. This can be done via the UPS website, you will receive a confirmation email from UPS when your order is dispatched. (Please check your junk email folder) If the carrier is unable to deliver the goods for any reason then they will be returned to us and you will be liable for any re-delivery charges.

Fixed Price Large Item Approximate Size limits.

 

Long Box 1 - 185cm(l)x25cm(w)x25cm(d)up to 25 kilo. (Most Rods, Poles etc.)

Heavy Box 2 - 60cm(l)x40cm(w)x40cm(d)up to 25 kilo. (Other goods)

 

Note: If you country is not listed you can still place an order but after you contact us (during order process) we will add a ‘Custom Delivery Charge’ to your basket and then you can pay as normal.

EU Returns

Return carriage may be arranged either by us or the customer. It is usually cheaper for the customer to return the goods than for us to have them collected. If the customer returns the goods we will first have to agree the cost of postage via email or letter and proof of cost will be required. The customer will be refunded all postage costs if the claim is proven. If the customer asks Us to arrange collection of the goods we reserve the right to ask for a means of payment for return postage costs in case the claim is not proven. If the buyer wishes to exercise his right to cancel his agreement under Directive 97/7/EC the buyer shall be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

 

Rest of the World

 

Due to large variations in postage please contact us before ordering.

We are unable to ship to the USA & Canada due to insurance restrictions.  The high premiums involved to cover the cost of the different legal system in these countries make it uneconomical to ship to these areas at this time. Should we find a more reasonable insurance quote for shipping to these countries we will re-add them to the list of areas we can ship to. Apologies for any inconvenience caused to these USA & Canadian customers but this is something we have no control over at this time.

 

Returns from other non-EU countries
